We stand behind every Foot Fountain product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Unused products in original packaging qualify for a full refund. Defective or damaged products are covered for a full year under our warranty. 1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Foot Fountain. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product subject to the following conditions:

1.1 Standard Returns (30 Days)

•       Return window: 30 calendar days from the date the product is delivered to you, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

•       Condition: The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, hardware, and documentation.

•       Proof of purchase: A valid order confirmation email or receipt from footfountain.com is required.

1.2 Defective or Damaged Products (365 Days)

If your Foot Fountain arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or develops a functional issue within 365 days of delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We will cover all return shipping charges for defective or damaged items. Please document the damage or defect with photographs before contacting our support team.

1.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

•       Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear beyond initial inspection.

•       Products with damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

•       Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers (returns must go through the original retailer).

•       Products returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and timely process:

1.     Contact Us. Email support@footfountain.com or call (616) 555-WASH. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs (especially for damage or defect claims).

2.     Receive Your RMA Number. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label (for defective/damaged items) or return shipping instructions.

3.     Pack and Ship. Securely repack the product in its original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the return address provided. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.

4.     Confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive and inspect your returned product.

3.2 Refund Processing Timeline

•       Inspection: Within 3 business days of receiving your return, our team will inspect the product and confirm eligibility.

•       Refund issued: Within 5 business days of approval, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

•       Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

•       Total estimated time: 8–18 business days from the date we receive your return.

3.3 Refund Method

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds, store credit, or refunds to alternate payment methods unless required by applicable law.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or model, please initiate a standard return and place a new order on footfountain.com. For defective products, we will ship a replacement unit directly once the defect is confirmed.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined in Section 2 above. To cancel an order, contact support@footfountain.com with your order number as soon as possible.

6. Limited Product Warranty

Every Foot Fountain product comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims follow the same process outlined in Section 2.

7. Purchases from Authorized Retailers

If you purchased your Foot Fountain from an authorized third-party retailer (such as Amazon or a home improvement retailer), your return must be processed through that retailer’s own return policy. Our 1-year warranty still applies to all products purchased through authorized channels. For warranty claims on retailer purchases, contact us directly at support@footfountain.com with proof of purchase.
